I am constantly being asked for training advice, be it for a 10K race, rehabilitation or general fitness. As any personal trainer or sports coach will tell you, designing training and exercise prescription is not that simple.

Is a non-stop run from Dover to Farnham along the North Downs Way. This is 125 miles and will be done on the last weekend in July 2011.
